Our Terms & Conditions

By ordering from Living For Music Ltd., you agree to these terms:

1. Project Details: Provide a detailed brief. Changes or additions will be charged.
2. Pronunciation: Provide guides for uncommon pronunciations. Corrections or revisions will be charged.
3. Delivery: One take of the script will be provided in various audio formats common to phone systems, such as .mp3 and .wav. Living For Music Ltd. may upload to some phone systems if arranged in advance.
4. Included Items & Usage: No work parts, raw voices, or project files included. Editing or reproduction is not allowed, except video voiceovers.
5. Physical Goods & Shipping: Digital delivery via download link. Client handles fees or duties for physical goods.
6. Overdue Accounts: Late payments and overdue accounts will have added costs, legal fees, and interest.
7. Cancellation & Refunds: No cancellations or refunds. Possible credit note or in special cases. Report errors within a week for fixes. Refunds only for specific reasons outlined.
8. Privacy: Your information is protected and not shared with third parties.
9. Warranties & Liabilities: No specific warranties beyond quality and accuracy. Liability limited to the cost of the service. Living For Music Ltd. is not responsible for breaches of broadcast standards or legal regulations.
10. Compliance with Laws: Both parties must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including New Zealand law.
11. Co-Branding & Promotion: Unlimited license granted for mutual promotion and advertising. OHVO may display, play, market, or advertise work created on your behalf.
12. Disputes & Governing Law: Disputes settled professionally. Agreement governed by the laws of New Zealand.
    13. Unauthorized Use of AI Technology: Using AI technologies to separate, modify, or reproduce voice and music components is strictly prohibited. Any use of our voice talents’ voices, music, or likenesses in AI-driven activities, such as generating, synthesizing, or altering audio content, will result in legal action and penalties.
13. Editing and Reproduction Rights: Our audio products, including music and advertisements, are licensed only for their original intended use. Editing, reproducing, or redistributing these products is prohibited without a separate written agreement. This does not apply to Video Voiceovers, which may have specific terms detailed elsewhere in the contract.
